HOA Disclosure
Managers are vulnerable to tenant disputes when Homeowner Associations take aggressive action against the tenant like booting their car tires, disarming access cards and entry keys to the amenities, or threatening eviction them when the owner’s dues aren’t paid. We must protect ourselves with a disclosure executed by the tenant before move in. We developed this in the mid 90’s and have NEVER had a tenant make claims against us when their lives are interrupted by the abusive tactics of the HOA.
