Frequently clients ask how to get everything we offer so we decided to OFFER THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE IT ALL PLUS EVERYTHING WE ADD FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS until everything is uploaded. We kept the price down to reflect this reality as it’s not all up yet. As we post more and more the price will increase for new customers but not for existing customers.

What’s the Cost?

As we worked through this question we wanted to make it really attractive and economical. We want to be sure that customers are paying for this package out of new revenue and not their pockets. Since all the products (customized property management agreement; housekeeping, ancillary and entity documents; customized lease; housekeeping and ancillary documents; all the revenue streams and two large libraries (over 120) of training videos) total $4,000 as separate downloads, we decided to offer this “Mother Load” for $4,000 down. This makes it an easy decision if you want “The Mother Load” because you’re going to spend $4,000 anyway and the new revenues you’ll discover will more than cover the down payment (within a couple of months) and monthly payments will be covered multiple times over. So here’s the pricing.

What’s NOT included?

  1. Although you’ll learn dozens of ways to generate new revenues while working through our documents, training videos and consulting there are a few HUGE revenues that are so profitable we only share them under our Revenue Sharing Program. This way, if they don’t work in your model, you’ve paid us nothing, and if it opens up tons of new revenue we’ll share in the bounty. We do these OUTSIDE this Mother Load program under a different cost structure.
  2. If we work together to SET UP OTHER BUSINESS like a Rent Recovery or a lease purchase business, we’ll address HOW WE ARE COMPENSATED during that discussion.
